His reason for refusing to accept our newly printed document, that he himself requested, so that we could get our refund was that; "It is the wrong one." Now this same guy wants a piece of paper with a 'bar-code'. He claimed that he needed a blue paper from our baby registry. He didn't even bother asking when the baby was born or if the registry had expired or not. I asked if he could over-ride the system. He said that he could not. I asked for the store manager. I was hoping that I might use their red phone at that counter to call the toll-free number for further assistance. He responded, "They cannot over-ride the system either." He then turn away from me and started helping other customers while at the Customer Service Counter. I could see that he would not help me any further. I asked for the store manager a second time. His response again, "They cannot over-ride the system either." I repeated myself a third time again asking for the store manager. His same response again, "They cannot over-ride the system either." I then asked, "Does this mean that you are refusing to call the store manager that they might be able to help me out here? His response again, "They cannot over-ride the system." He continued to try and ignore me while he assisted other customers at the Customer Service Counter. I grabbed my paperwork and marched away. I went to the two nearest cashiers, which had no immediate customers at the time. To the first of the two cashiers, I asked for the store manager. She looked around and told me that, "The store manager was not around. I cannot call her." To the second of the two cashiers, I asked for the store manager. This young lady simply pointed up to the Customer Service Counter to the guy there. I explained to both of them together that he refused to call the manager and that I was hoping that they could. They continued refusing to help me. I told both of these two cashiers that I was going to roam the store to find the manager on duty and that I would report them both for refusing to help me when I needed help. Next Page Please
